FutureBaby provides an AI-powered entertainment service that generates predicted images of what a potential future baby might look like based on photos uploaded by users. Our service includes:

• AI-generated baby prediction images based on parent photos
• Multiple image variations (different angles, expressions, and settings)
• Both male and female baby predictions (depending on package selected)
• Digital delivery via email

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have the right to upload any photos you provide
• Have consent from any individuals whose photos you upload

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including a valid email address
• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• Obtain consent from anyone whose photo you upload
• Not upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Photo Requirements & Guidelines

For optimal results, please ensure your photos:

• Are clear, well-lit, and front-facing
• Show the full face without obstructions (sunglasses, hats, etc.)
• Are of individuals who have consented to the use of their image
• Do not contain inappropriate or explicit content
• Are your own photos or photos you have rights to use

We reserve the right to reject any photos that do not meet our guidelines or that we deem inappropriate.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD with AED equivalents shown for reference. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that all prices are final at the time of checkout

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

7. Delivery

Your AI-generated baby predictions will be delivered to the email address you provide. Delivery times vary by package:

• Starter Package: Within 4 hours
• Complete Package: Within 2 hours
• Premium Package: Within 1 hour (priority delivery)
• Rush Delivery Add-on: Within 30 minutes

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your results within the expected timeframe. If you still haven't received your results, contact our support team.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of generating your baby predictions.

Generated Content: Once you purchase our service, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated baby predictions for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Sharing with friends and family
• Printing for personal use
• Posting on personal social media accounts

Our Content: The FutureBaby website, branding, technology, and all associated intellectual property remain our exclusive property.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That results will match any actual future children

Our AI predictions are artistic renderings created for entertainment purposes. They do not represent scientific genetic predictions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTUREBABY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or anticipated benefits
• Loss of data or use
• Emotional distress related to predictions
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FutureBaby and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
